This is a film/video Television Show dedicated to showcasing projects made by independent artists.

Rules & Regulations

Pursuant to FCC Regulations WZTV Management has the right to refuse to air any

project if it is deemed inappropriate. We will not edit/change any projects if they are inappropriate, they simply will not be aired. We will only accept entries that are of an independent nature. We will not be held liable in the case that the filmmaker has not secured the appropriate permissions for stock music, &/or stock footage. You assume all liability in this manor. You may submit as many projects as you would like, however they will most likely NOT air simultaneously during the same show. Please submit an additional Submission Form for each project submitted.

Submissions will not be returned.

Format

All Projects submitted should be on VHS (NTSC), DVD, or Mini DV.

We will also accept Digital file formats, preferably QuickTime Files.

Accompanying Materials

Submissions must include the following:

(1) This entry form (Signed).

(2) Film/Video Submission.

(3) Any promotional materials, still images, etc. (Optional)

—Has accepted the rules and regulations.

—Allows WZTV/MMP the right to promote, through all media types and outlets

Including the internet, the project submitted.

—Allows WZTV/MMP the rights to broadcast and Rebroadcast submitted projects at any Time. No financial considerations will be granted to the submitter/donor at any time for broadcasting or Rebroadcasting.
